Click on a link below to be taken to the corresponding section. 1) Ordering The payment methods we currently accept include Visa or MasterCard credit cards issued within the continental United States. We currently do not accept payments from international credit cards, checks, or money orders. We accept online orders as well as telephone orders. Our online shopping cart software is secured with SSL encryption -- ordering on our website is as safe as using your credit card at any retail location. We also use an address verification service (AVS) to ensure that the credit card information provided by our customers is current. (We contact customers in situations where we see any discrepancies.) When an order is placed, we do not apply charges to the customer's credit card until the order has shipped. Charges on our customers' credit card statements will show up as being from RcPro.com or Nolde Marketing LLC, our parent company. Refer all questions, comments or feedback to support@rcpro.com.Shipping We will ship to any location within the contiguous 48 United States, with the exception of APOs. We do not ship internationally at this time. We currently offer UPS Ground shipping only. Our shipping prices are calculated using shipping tables provided by UPS for UPS Ground shipping. These tables use the weight of the shipment, the dollar value of the merchandise, and the zip code of the recipient to automatically determine the total cost of the shipment. Most orders will ship the on the business day after the order is placed. Tracking information will usually be provided on the business day after the order ships. Returns We can only accept returns in the event that merchandise is damaged in transit and remains unopened. If merchandise is damaged in transit and remains unopened, replacement merchandise will be provided. If opened merchandise is defective, then the manufacturer's warranty applies. The customer will need to refer to the owner's manual or contact us for information regarding returning the merchandise to the manufacturer. We can not replace defective merchandise that has been opened and cannot issue cash refunds under any circumstances. Manufacturers’ Warrantees We sell only name brand products which are backed by manufacturers ' warrantees. If you experience a problem with your merchandise, you can contact the manufacturer of your product to discuss replacements or returns.
