At RcPro.com, we take our customers' privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent,
share or loan your personal information to any unrelated third parties, nor
do we store it in order to do so in the future. We store our customers' order
information solely for the purpose of being able to correspond with our customers
regarding their orders.
We reserve the right to use customer information for our own marketing purposes
to a minimal extent. We may send an occasional email or product catalog to our
customers, however, any such correspondence will provide customers with the
opportunity to "opt out" of future mailings or emails.
We retain credit card information on all purchases for a brief period of time
in order to be able to resolve any discrepancies that may occur after a purchase
is made. Credit card information is stored for a period of 30 days, after which
the information is discarded. |
